Wheel Alignment / Tracking

Wheel alignment consists of adjusting the various angles (toe, camber and castor) of the wheels to reduce tyre wear and to ensure that vehicle travel is straight and true. If tracking is out even by a few degrees, it may cause tyres to wear out unevenly and cause the car to veer – more noticeable at higher speeds. The car is initially checked using a laser tracker and then the rest is down to manual adjustments.
